We the undersigned implore the Obama administration to put a swift and just end to those that seek to abuse the White House petition system (which is glorious by the way) by using ALL CAPS in their petition title. By seeking to GET OUR ATTENTION in this manner, these individuals are skewing an otherwise fair system in their favor and it's JUST PLAIN WRONG.
STOP ALL CAPS PETITION TITLES!
