Put energy towards shutting down illegal and inhumaine activities on the deep web.

Created by T.Y. on October 10, 2015

The deep web is a part of the internet, estimated to take up more than 90% of the Internet as a whole, that can not be accessed using the World Wide Web. Existing for as long as web browsers and the World Wide Web have been online, the deep web originally allowed information to be sent anonamyly for government and military uses, as well as public uses.
Besides its use for anonymously postings information as is used by whistle blowers and others, today, an unsettlingly large portion of the deep web is used to distribute child pornography, illegal narcotocs, human trafficking, live streaming of human torture, rape, and murder, hosting services for hit men and a plethora of other wrongful activity.
Shutting down these sites through government action should be considered a high priority.
