put the entire LAPD in prison for felony murder

I petition for the LAPD do be charged at a federal level with felony murder. Their actions lead to this murder. They illegally burned down a cabin without proper permits, fired excessively into the cabin. Among this as well they illegally shot at 2 innocent victims, racially segregated a war hero and did not follow the innocent until proven guilty statue. They singled out a man for telling the truth and being honest. President Obama you need to look into the LAPD as I know you are of African American descent and this police force is allowed to beat and murder African Americans what type of message does that send to kids about police and dark skinned people?
