We all know the damages that drinking and driving can create. We have laws set in place for people who continuously break theses laws. It should be an absoulte uproar that Ethan Couch was giving 10 yeras of probation and not jail time for killing four people and injuring eleven. The judge that has given him such a light sentence should also get in trouble because this is not the first time he has been in trouble. For his lawyers to say his parents have given him everything that he has wanted as a good excuse for what he has done is absurd. Just because you are rich does not relieve you of consequences. He should be thrown in jail.
