Put federal and state governments back on their constitutional leashes.

For decades the federal government and state governments have been growing more and more intrusive and infringing upon our rights, liberties and freedoms. It is time the federal government and state governments are put back on their leashes under not only the US constitution, but each states original state constitution. The government is there to serve the people, not the other way around.
