Put federal funding to abortion clinics to better use.

Despite the amount of controversy that may arise from this petition, we the people of America hereby decree that the Obama Administration cut federal spending given to abortion clinics in half, and put forth these funds to better use. While abortion may seem wrong to most people, the government should not be able to decide what is moral or not. That is the prinicple of a democracy, government by the will of the people. However, the government should not encourage abortion. So, in an effort to make it like so, we the people declare that the Obama Administration cut the federal spending given to abortion clincs in half, and distibute the funds instead to foster care institutions, adoption procedure reforms, and education reform programs.
