Guns have been stolen and used in the last two mass school shooting, and other shootings in the past. Thw action of Fingerprinting the triggers or firing mechanisms would prevent Guns from falling into the hands of those not registered to have them.. The Stronger Background checks being proposed by VP Biden would weed out the people who shouldn't have a gun. These two measures would keep guns out of the wrong hands. This would be a viable compromise for the NRA because it does not take guns away from the legitimite gun owners.
Also an exchange should be set up to get the old guns off the streets and people can get the newer fingerprint recognition guns
