put forth an Act to Congress that the President of the USA must be a Patriot, for the betterment of the Republic.

It is a Petition to the President himself, to put forward a Bill that requires the President of the USA to pass a Board of Patriots Exam. It is a simple test that is evaluated by a board of Patriotic Individuals that determines the President's reason for becoming President, and what he plans to do with said power. It is a test under Oath, and done with a lie detector test. The people that shall sit on the Board of Patriots will be decided by the States, each state gets 1 member on the board, done by a popular vote. If at any time the Board finds that Person lacking the ability to lead this nation in a Patriotic way, they have the right to instantly impeach him/her, by a Vote of a 2/3 majority.
