Members of congress should be held to the same restrictions as any other government employee of not being able to accept gifts in kind.
By doing so this will eliminate lobbying, and corporate interests and see to it that the government once again represents us, the people, not the corporations that do their best to avoid their patriotic duty of financially supporting our nation through the payment of taxes.
