Put forth a bill to require congress to work from within their district and states, technology makes this cost effective

In the world today sending congress to DC is a waste of time, space and money. They should stay in their own home and district or state and do their business by computer. All people with social security numbers can vote on each bill and do it line by line. They can speak to their fellow politicians via Skype and from the look of most c-span that is what happens in DC, they speak to an empty room. Congress no longer rides horses to DC because it is 236 years later. Time to catch up with technology, do more work for your constituency and save America money. And they should work for free just like the founding fathers, true civil servants.
