Put forth to Congress a constitutional amendment to guarantee Social Security must be protected as it has been for 75 yr

I wish to guarantee that Social Security will remain intact as was intended, by creating a safeguard for Americans when they reach retirement age to help them from falling into poverty. It should be used as a foundation to build on for the remainder of their life.
I used the constitutional amendment venue, because it contains the power needed in this case. A normal amendment is not strong enough for a subject this important.
There are many American seniors who depend on this program completely to survive. This program must be protected and properly funded in the future as needed.
