Put forth an initiative to require mandatory drug testing for all elected officials in the federal government.

Due to recent scandals involving government officials, both domestic and foreign, regarding illicit substance abuse, it seems both reasonable and justified to require all elected Federal Government officials to submit to drug testing.

Testing should be performed before office is taken, and at a minimum of every three months thereafter.
