Put forth legislation for Congressional term limits

I respectfully recommend that there be an Amendment to the Constitution which would set term limits on members of Congress, similar to those of the President. The Amendment would allow members of the House of Representatives to serve a maximum of three terms of two years, and Senators would be limited to two terms of six years each.
