Propose a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress and of the Executive branch of the Government are ineligible for re-election and that the elected members of the Congressional and the Executive branches of the Federal government only receive salary only when they are in office only. No Tenure and no pension. All current and past congressional pensions go directly to the Social Security Administration.
