This is a non-partisan petition simply requesting the United States Government put forward a ballot initiative to be voted on by the people ( not congressional leaders ) to impose term limits on all congressional members Republican, Democrat and independents. This is a petition I believe most people can agree with regardless of party affiliation.They should be allowed 2 terms without being able to run again after the second term. I believe this will not only stop alot of back alley dealings, but also bring a cycle of fresh new ideas to the chambers of Congress.
