Put forward a bill to amend the Constitution to put term limits on Senators and Congressmen

The members of both the House of Representatives and the Senate are currently not limited to a certain number of lifetime terms as the President is. The founders saw a benefit in the experience of a legislator over time but we are currently using an analog system in a digital world. The government needs to become more nimble and a regular infusion of new blood over time will allow new ideas to be generated and grow. Special interest lobbies will lose their ability to dominate issues as they will see the power of the campaign contributions decline as they are not backing one horse for decades. The country will benefit as they will have new choices year after year and can honestly change the status quo which seems to have crippled our government to respond to the most mundane budgetary issue
