put to a general vote of the people as to whether or not the US military should be sent into conflict.

Since the government and it's elected officials no longer support the actual will of the people concerning whether or not to send our troops into conflicts that are none of our business, I propose that all military action, that does not directly involve an attack on American soil , be put to an actual vote of the American people.
