Put Good Drivers Back To Work! STOP False and Negative Reporting on Truck Driver's work records!

There are too many good truck drivers are out of work due to false and/or negative reports on a driver's work record reported by trucking companies and/or so called authorized agencies. Through the years, there have been numerous reports and complaints filed however, everyone has turned a blind eye to the one group that keeps America moving, the American Truck Driver. For example in August 2012, FTC Charged HireRight Solutions for Reporting Incorrect Information. It is a known fact that trucking companies also severely abuse this system to punish truck drivers as well. It is time to change laws in the trucking industry by disallowing any company or authorized agencies to report negative, false, or otherwise harmful data that keeps a truck driver from securing gainful employment.
