Create a law that forces manufacturers to place GPS devices in any dangerous weapon.
Make them put them in a place that destroys the weapon if it is removed.
It will allow law enforcement to keep track of them in the local community.
Make it a crime not to have a GPS device on any existing
dangerous weapon.
