The 2nd admendment along with the rest of the constitution is not the presidents opinion that day to make it fit his needs of the hour. Freedom is not free. You have the right to pursue happiness. Not be given it to you by the goverment. Gun rights mean gun responsibilities every American should be raised with gun learning and understanding even if they choose not to own one as a adult. The 2nd admendment requires responsibilities and respect. Your taught not to stick your finger in the light socket. The gun should get the same type of lessons from grade school up including gun ranges and respect training in school within the strict confines of proper training facilities.
