Stop and frisk policies being enforced in NY, Chicago and any other place in the U.S. are a DIRECT violation of the Constitution and should be immediately stopped.
We should prosecute those that enforce/authorize these policies as they go directly against the oath to protect & defend the Constitution.
This is illegal and should not be tolerated!
FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE CONTITUTION: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
