Pfizer (PFE, Fortune 500) is seeking to bid on British based drug company AstraZeneca. If Pfizer take over AstraZeneca, Pfizer will move headquarter to British. In what would be one of the largest and most brazen "tax inversion" and US will lost trillions of tax income each year.
