Obama and Janet Napolitano decided it would be a good idea to buy 1.6 Billion rounds of hollow point ammunition to be used for "Training". This is clearly a waste of taxpayer dollars. Why would homeland security need 1.6 Billion rounds of hollow point ammo for training? What about ammunition for our military? Why does the DHS need all new MRAPS to drive around American cities? Who else are they going to use the ammo on?
This petition is to get Janet Napolitano and Obama in front of congress to explain their recent waste of hard earned taxpayer dollars, and stockpiling ammunition...
