Put Judge Sim Lake Under Judicial Review

Judge Sim Lake has made a great deal of controversial decisions in the last few years, but none more controversial than allowing the torture and brutal murder of animals to pass unpunished by claiming those acts are protected by the first amendment.
This is a petition seeking the immediate judicial review of Judge Sim Lake to determine his competency as an officer of the court, as under no circumstances should prolonged torture of any living creature be considered to be free speech.
The term torture is not used hypothetically or metaphorically. We are discussing torture as it relates to beatings, placing animals on fire, chopping their heads off with meat cleavers after whipping them in front of cameras. This is not free speech, this is a live promotion and glorification of real violence.
