Put a large protective bubble over the entirety of North Korea, so that nuclear warfare may be avoided

In my opinion, it would of the best interest of the people of the United States, and the good of the planet to further separate North Korea from the rest of the world, by placing, one large protective bubble over their capitol, Pyongyang. The main purpose of this protective lair would be to help restrict possible nuclear hostilities, between North Korea, South Korea, and the United States.
