Put into law the defunding of Congressional and Senate salaries in the event that a government shutdown ensues

I am starting this petition on behalf of the citizens of the United States of America. This petition is to ensure that in the event of a government shutdown and the loss of salaries and pays to those individuals affected by the shutdown, that the same loss of pay and salaries will affect the Congressmen and Women and the Senate and government representatives that have caused the shutdown. The forfeiture of all pay and allowances by Congress and the Senate and all Representatives will begin on the same day that an ensuing government shutdown begins. The members of the Senate and Congress along with the Representatives are responsible to the people of the United States, and work for the people of the United States. We have the right to ask for a withhold of pay for a job not performed.
