Put a law in place, to stop Service members from losing custody of their children due to military service.

Service members sacrifice so much when we enlist. A lot of times that sacrifice is the very reason why we join; our children. When a single parent take a step to better their life and protect their country, in order to enlist they have to give up custody of their children for their entire first enlistment. This necessary step, is due to the possibility of deployments, the integration and introduction into military service. A lot of times when the service members return home to regain custody of their children, a judge rules against this. This situation happens way too often to good men and women who makes the ultimate sacrifice only for the justice system to make their sacrifice seem worthless. We need your help, to establish protections for these heroes.
