Medical science has done much to improve and extend the lives of the peoples of this great nation, but now it is being taken for granted. Vaccination against communicable diseases is not a matter of personal freedom, as your own lack of immunity puts others in your community at risk. It's an issue akin to smoking in public. Think about the people out there who may not be able to be properly vaccinated due to age or immune status. Think about the children being left unvaccinated; the lives of whom are willfully being put in danger.
The past century has shown us very clearly that vaccinations work. Children are growing up in a world with less communicable disease than ever before. Please help by signing to keep it that way.
