I am asking the President to sign into law, the requirement for violent criminal offenders to have all but their thumb and one finger of choice to be removed from both hands, to disallow the use of firearms and any other weapon they so choose. While also allowing them use of their hands for work and personal hygiene.
By violent criminal offender, I am referring to anyone who harms another individual with or without a weapon. In harming another individual the criminal is violating that persons civil rights. It is then only fair that a sentence of this type be carried out promptly, before their prison/jail time.
