Put into law the SEE US NOW ACT that will allocate capital directly to Black filmmakers to provide films to audiences.

Created by D.M. on December 24, 2012

The African American market is one of the most underserved when it comes to the number of films that are made to cater to their specific tastes. One reason is that there is an inherent disconnect between those who make decisions to "greenlight" films and the unique tastes of this market. Another reason is that Black filmmakers find it impossible to access capital to produce & distribute varied genre films. 10 to 15 years ago, this problem did not exist to this degree. Audiences (not just AA) had more choices, and it was easier for "Black Hollywood" to work in this anomaly of an industry. http://www.scribd.com/doc/117890777/Black-Films-Do-Make-Money. So lets ask the President to help put more filmmakers and actors back to work. This proactive measure will need your proactive support.
