Put a cap on the amount that the oil companies can raise the price of gas with in a 24 hour period. This will stop the drastic increase of gas prices and alow the consumers to properly budget to the changing market price of oil. Will also stop the major oil compinies from drasticaly changing the price of oil to generate profits for their own pockets.
