Put Limitations on Executive Orders.

Created by D.O. on August 20, 2015

I purpose to put a system of check and balances on executive orders. Any executive order purposed by the president must be signed by both the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader and then must be approved to be constitutional by the Chief Justice. All of which can go into more detail when officially written. This is so the President does not over step his constitutional powers and can be held back by the other branches of government when they see fit more readily.
