The people in congress are getting paid too much and doing too little. They need to start talking among each other, stop insider trading and get paid a more reasonable amount.
Set three enacting rules for the Congress
1) One round trip bus ticket a month to go home.
2) Members cannot hold stock in any companies
3) The salary of officials are equal to the average salary of teachers in their state.
