Put metal detectors in all schools in America.

Metal detectors should be in all schools. School should always be a safe environment, parents, children, and teachers should be allowed to feel safe. Making guns illegal is not the answer, only people with bad intentions would have them. Putting guns in the hands of teachers is not the answer, some teachers may have anger issues or mental illness. A metal detector is the answer. It may not be the prettiest addition to the school, it may not go with the color decor. Though, it will serve the purpose of protection. Protection for children, teachers and all who work at our schools. Also to give peace of mind to the parents.
