This petition implores the President and our representatives in government to impose a moratorium on all foreclosures nationally until a full scale investigation of the banking fraud and mortgage servicing practices are investigated and resolved. Based on the 14th amendment of the U.S. constitution, the current state of the U.S. economy and the deceitful trade practices perpetuated by the banking industry, we the people demand that we be heard, protected and defended against past, present and future abuses by the banking industry. We the home owners and renters demand a full scale investigation of all deceitful trade and servicing practices, modification and foreclosure fraud, MERS and robo-signing. We demand justice for our investments, futures, and support from our elected officials.
