Put a moratorium on fracking until it can be researched by EPA and the US Geological Services.

The effects of fracking on the earth and the environment have not been studied. We only have the corporations word that it is safe. The argument that it will create jobs is not strong enough on it's own to allow it to go further without studying the effects. Between unforeseen consequences on the earth and the chemicals injected, we just don't know enough to allow it to go forward on wide scale. Look before you leap!
