Put more restrictions on the welfare system for citizens and non-citizens receiving it.

When created, the welfare system was a great system. It was giving money to people in order for them to get "back on their feet" and make a good life for themselves. But now, there are people abusing it. There are people accepting govt. checks saying they have a disability. There are many people who are well able to work with their disability. Not all but some. Also, a drug test. There are many people on the welfare system who still smoke marijuana and cigarettes and still drink alcohol. Our tax dollars are going to some of these welfare patients to support their addiction. There needs to be more restrictions on the money given to them and who the government gives it to, to stop this problem and stop wasting the middle class' tax dollars.
