put the at most pressure on the government of Ethiopia to release Oromo prisoners of conscience

The Oromos are one of the most persecuted people in the whole world. Some Oromos who struggled this situation are dragged to turture jails sponsored by foreign aids that comein the name of security cooperation. US should revisit its foreign relation with Ethiopia with this regard. Significant portion of the aid money goes to suppress people. Unless the donors understand and take some corrective measures tyrants in Ethiopia will destroy humanity in that part of Africa ultimately affecting the interest of America itself.
