The Obama administration should consider a nation wide texting while driving law. This law would make texting while driving illegal across the nation.
Everyone has heard about an accident that has been caused because of someone texting while driving. People put themselves at a greater risk when texting and driving. This new law would cut down on the number of accidents that are caused by cell phones. It may not completely wipe away the problem but it will diminish the number of accidents However, talking on a cellular device will not be illegal due to emergency and unexpected reasons that may occur.
