Put the needs and growth of the American people first before the needs of other countries' growth.

The US gives millions and billions of US dollars to other countries for things like their education, police force creation, etc., yet it continues to cut funds to US programs that need those funds such as schools and teachers, US police departments, and US social programs. (Secretary Kerry just agreed to provide millions of dollars to Egypt for this). The American people are told that they are going to have to cut jobs, pay higher taxes and not get a raise in the minimum wage because the country needs to cut spending but then we turn around and give millions and billions of dollars that are needed in this country away. We need to take care of Americans first. How can we take care of the people of other countries when we can't take care of our own?
