Diplomacy has failed. The Syrian security forces are still killing peaceful protestors. The US should put a No Fly Zone over Syria a.s.a.p and provide weapons,vehicles, radios, satellite phones to the Free Syrian Army who are a group of army defectors based in Turkey. The defectors have called for a No Fly Zone and so have some of the peaceful protesters. They say it will increase defections and provide them with a way to free Syria without having to worry about the Security forces using planes to attack them.United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) resolution 377A should get around using the UN Security Council.
