We, the people, petition the government of the United States, to take all steps to enact the following: That on all ballots for election to Federal positions, there be on the ballot a choice for "None of the Above", which if voted upon by a plurality of the electorate in each discrete election, will start a process whereby none of the candidates running will win that election, and a new election will be scheduled and constructed, by a process to be devised by experts in the process of elections, with the goal of bringing a new, or several new candidates to be considered for the position sought. Our voice, when we feel none of the choices are appropriate, must be heard, and acknowledged.
