Put "Obamacare" up for a vote to the people. If the President will not then all government employees must adopt it also

Let the people of the United States of America vote on Obamacare to keep or scrap and change. If they will not let us decide then the President, Vice President, Congress and all government workers including families of all must go on the same healthcare as the PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES and abide by all laws, taxes, and regulations enforced under the term "Obamacare" or the Affordable Health Care for America Act or HR 3962.
