With the kickstarter campaign hitting one million dollars in a day to support Reading Rainbow, this petition is to help further support and pressure PBS and the government to air new and old episodes on public television.
Reading Rainbow should also be further integrated onto multiple internet and social media platforms so children can learn the joys of reading and literacy with both books and computer screens. It's not enough to just teach the grammar and spelling of reading, but also to showcase the wonders and love of reading for all ages.
