Over a million dogs and cats get euthanized in the Usa every year . We the People want this to stop . Breeders are adding aditional dogs and cats and making the Problem worse . We need a Breeding Ban for everyone with with legal actions if not followed . The breeding ban needs to involve all Breeders and people not spaying or neutering their dogs and cats . Please make it a Law and stop the Killing of millions of helpless dogs and cats in the USA
