Anyone who would sign a petition to allow Louisiana to secede from the Union is manifestly and obviously a mentally incompetent goon who is a disgrace to humanity, intelligence, and life itself. All such people should be rounded up and placed in hospitals where they can receive the therapy which they desperately need and where their idiotic nonsense can no longer embarrass this great nation.
