Put people to work moving wired infrastructure underground (e.g. telephone and electrical wires) to beautify environment

This petition is all about putting people to work to beautify the environment by moving old fashioned wired infrastructure underground. This includes cleaning up the clutter and tangled spider web of telephone, cable and electrical wiring running roughshod through thousands of neighborhoods. This will have the positive impact of raising property values while modernizing communities. It will also result in lengthy employment for tens of thousands of workers. There is also the potential to raise revenues by requiring property owners to chip in a nominal fee for this work.
