I apologize for not being more clear. I have observed for over a year the day to day operations at both SSA offices and to a limited extend IRS offices.
This was a suggestion of one of the employee's I thought was really smart. I know that people do work on other people SSA numbers. A card similar to D.M.V. with a person's HT Weight and eye color as well as age wil help tax payers from confusing mistakes by having someone else's wages falsly reported on their income due to someone using their number to work in the U.S.
