Put in place a background check card system that would make it more difficult for unlawful citizens to purchase firearms

Put in place a background check card system much like a concealed carry permit where as people must send in paperwork once a year for government to perform background checks, citizens are then issued a picture ID which they must present in order to purchase a firearms as well as gain access to gun shows. Thus allowing more in depth background checks to be performed, cutting down on unlawful people being able to purchase firearms while making less paperwork when law abiding responsible citizens wish to purchase firearms, all while creating more jobs as people will he needed to do the background checks
