In regard to campaign funding, end by Legislation the acceptance of SuperPac and Corporate campaign contributions, and allow only campaign contributions from from private citizens, not to exceed $100.00 from each citizen.
In regard to campaign spending, allow each candidate to spend no more than the equivalent of one years salary for the office they seek. (Ex: A candidate running for Congress may not spend more that one years Congressional salary in pursuit of Congressional office.)
